Because EBS is a non-denominational school, we welcome individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds. As the holiday season approaches we enjoy sharing in the cultural traditions of all people. Last week, during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, the students in the Cedar class participated in a day of making “latkes” (also known as potato pancakes) and playing dreidle games.

Whatever your family’s traditions may be, the EBS staff and parents wish you a fun-filled holiday season and a happy new year!
