Elizabeth Buckley School is operated by the Hands On Summer Camp Society, a non-profit organization.

The Board of Directors consists of parents who are dedicated to the success of the school and are responsible for the overall administration of the society. This includes creating and monitoring budgets, providing direction, and setting policies. The principal is responsible for overseeing the curriculum and day-to-day operations of the school.

The society welcomes new members and encourages active participation on the Board. The Board holds its meetings at the school, usually on the third Wednesday of the month. (Board meetings are open to all parents and the minutes are available for download by clicking the links below.) Parents are encouraged and welcomed at all board meetings. Attendance at the Annual General Meeting by a representative of each family is mandatory. Childminding will be available onsite for the AGM.

Board Meeting Dates for 2017-18

Board Meetings take place Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30 pm at Elizabeth Buckley Elementary School. Meetings typically run 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Everyone is welcome to attend Board Meetings.
